This small, no frills hostel gives you exactly what you need without trying to make a big production out of it. It's noticeably clean (ie colourless) and cheap with 16 beds in newly-renovated, non-smoking rooms. In summer, the leafy terrace with its grill makes itself a welcome addition (particularly for smokers). Located in quiet, green northeastern Ljubljana near Trnovo Church, it's an amiable fifteen-minute walk to the cafes along the river or - better yet - rent one of Simbol's bikes for only €3.30 a day. Choose from 4 and 6 person dorms (€15/person) or private rooms (€23/person) - all with their own computer and internet.
