Explore Ljubljana By Double Decker Bus
The city of Ljubljana has launched an open-top double-decker bus to promote easy and comfortable sightseeing across the city. The bus, known as Happy Johnny (Veseli Janez), takes tourist on a two and a half hour tour starting from Dalmatinova street at 10am on Sundays (until 11 September).
The tour passes by Ljubljana's new stadium in Stozice Sports Park, the Ljubljana Castle, the famous St. Michael's Church in the village of Crna vas in the Ljubljana marshes, as well as a trip to the picturesque Tivoli Park.
Tours take place in English and Slovenian, and cost 18 euro for adults.
