Tired of Union and Lasko? Lager lovers will latch onto Katochwill - Ljubljana's only microbrewery (though represented at three locations - this one's by the train station). With an appetising Bohemian-style pale lager, a winsome wheat beer and several darks, the tipple is tops and surprisingly strong. Add an overachieving food menu to the package (salads, meat and veggie options, as well as beer's favourite mistress - pizza), and Kratochwill can get pretty crowded. Or are we seeing double?
